Starts off with a bang as Mickey (not Minnie) Mouse jumps into the ladies' locker room to see if they're ready to exercise...

Then there's the helmet hair and excessive squinting as KP tries to explain things to the camera.

And the guy to left of the screen who spends his time checking out her butt. He later moves to the back so he can do this without developing a crick in his neck.

A bit ironic, but this was in the news today:

FORT WORTH, Texas -- The Plano-based Bennigan's Grill & Tavern restaurant chain is not responding to a published report and reports from staffers that it is closing its doors nationwide.

NBC 5 called a local restaurant and was told, "We won't be opening anymore." A call to the company's headquarters yielded a "no comment" response.

Sheila Jackson says she would gladly trade places with her daughter, Caitlin, who was recently diagnosed with a rare brain disorder called Chiari Malformation.

"As a parent, you wish first and foremost it was you instead, you know," Jackson says.

The destructive condition will rob her 19-year-old daughter of motor skills, memory and possibly one day, her life. For now, Caitlin has excruciating headaches and dangerous fainting spells. Her life as she knows it has come to a standstill.

"I constantly have to have somebody around me. I can't even stay at home for five minutes," Caitlin says.

With all the pain, there is still a peaceful expression on the face of Caitlin's mother. She says her faith is the only thing getting her through what can only be described as a nightmare.

Caitlin needs immediate surgery for her condition, and she was hours away from getting it.

The problem? Her insurance company, Aetna. They approved the operation 15 minutes too late. Caitlin lost the operating room to another patient and had to be rescheduled.

Then, the company came back with an even bigger shocker. They told her they would not cover her brain surgery at all, that her benefits ran out.

The family would now have to foot the bill at a staggering $113,000. Tampa General Hospital was requiring $55,000 down, and the rest after the operation.

Caitlin, who had just graduated from massage therapy school, had three job offers and was working as a Disney photographer, is now putting her life on hold. "I just have told myself. I have to get through this. I have to pray my way through it."

While the family is talking with lawyers about appealing the insurance company's decision, Aetna is now actively reviewing Caitlin's case.

The 19-year-old remains optimistic, even though she often breaks down in tears.

"We're trying to get it worked out because the surgery is July 21st, and they're not going bump me until they know I'm not going get it paid for."

After lots of driving, we're finally back from Michigan! Visiting family is nice, but I was so ready to be back home. ac_philosopher and I stopped at a store down the road from where I used to work and got a cute top (for me) and a really cool Bendir, which is essentially a tar with a snare thingy on it that makes this buzzy kind of sound when played (gotta love the technical terms). ac_philosopher also picked up his new surdo (really really big Brazilian drum with loud bass sound).

Now that house sitting and traveling are over, I've got all this "free" time to start catching up on things - woo-hoo!

An ego boost is a nice thing...

High heeled shoes designed specifically for babies have gone on sale.

The tiny stillettos, called Heelarious, are intended for babies up to six months and come in hot pink, black and leopard print.

Britta Bacon and Hayden Porter, the American inventors of the footwear, said the heels are only for show and will collapse if any pressure is put on them.

Christopher Cloke, head of child protection awareness at the NSPCC, said: "This is part of a worrying trend of inappropriate clothing being marketed at young children."

Miss Bacon said she hit upon the idea for the shoes while walking to her daughter Kayla's 4th birthday party. She said: "It would have been hilarious if I could have brought Kayla to a party in high heels when she was a baby."

The $35 (£17.80) shoes, which come in six different styles named after the inventors' children, are on sale at over 50 stores in America, Canada and Switzerland. British parents can purchase them from internet retailers.

In April supermarket giant Tesco was criticised for launching padded bras for girls as young as seven. The "bust-booster" bra, which costs £4, was sold alongside vests in the supermarket's seven to eight-year-old range.

It was the latest embarrassment for Tesco, which in 2006 removed a pole dancing kit from sale after being accused of "destroying children's innocence".

Asda was also condemned for marketing black lacy underwear to nine-year-old girls.

You suck. I realize that you are merely an ambassador of stupidity and are not the only stupid person on the road. However, perhaps fellow drivers would hate you and your cerebrally impaired peers less if you:

1. Refrained from cutting people off and forcing them to drive on a very small shoulder of the road
2. Got off the damn cell phone.
3. Had a hand (preferably two, but beggars can't be choosers, right?) on the steering wheel.
4. Realized that when a road construction sign says "Lane ends" it means move the f over. Not, speed up, cut people off, and generally be annoying.
5. Got off the damn cell phone.
6. Realized that a red light means you don't get to go through the intersection and wait it out so cross traffic can't pass.

Also, in case you weren't aware, car seats (especially with infants in them) should be in the back seat of the car, not the front.
